This kind of sentence is formed using a place (noun) plus に plus verb form
for the kind of movement taking place (in the ます form for polite sentences).
- デパート に ペン を かい に いきます。 - (I) go to the department store to buy a pen.
- うみ に つり に いきます。 - (I) go to the sea to fish.
- きょうと の おまつり に いきます。 - (I) go to Kyoto to the festival.
