I'm just...
If you want to say to someone that you are just going to do something (immediate
and quick) use て form plus 来ます(kimasu) .
- コピーをして来ます。- I'm just going to make a photocopy.
- コーヒーをいれて来ます。 - I'm just going to pour (make) a coffee.
- ゆうびんきょくに 行って 来ます。- I'm just going to the post office.
- てがみ をだして 来ます。- I'm just going to post a letter.
- 電話 で 話して 来ます。 - I'm just going to make a phone call.
- じしょ を持って 来ます。- I'm just going to get a dictionary.
- マイクさんをよんで 来ます。 - I'm just going to call Mike.
