To like...が すき です。

In the sentence "I like bananas.", 'like' is a verb and 'bananas' is the object. However in Japanesem 'bananas' takes the particle が and they are described as being 'likeable', using an adjective rather than a verb.
The question word どんな can be used to ask what kind of things someone likes.
