Feelings

'seems' to feel a certain way. For example

If you are talking to someone, and you want to say that they seem happy,
use ね to indicate that you are not sure of the other person's state.

To ask someone what has happened to make them feel this way:
The use here of 'んです' means that the answer will mirror the question and
also contain 'んです' and use the plain style conjugation.
- お金 を ひろったん です。- (He is happy) Because he found some money.
